Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Meal plans and AI chat responses are generated using artificial intelligence. While we design our system with PCOS-specific nutritional principles in mind, outputs may not always be accurate or suitable for your individual situation. Always use your judgement and consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

All content, design, and code on hermeal is owned by us or our licensors. Your meal plans are generated for your personal use. You may not reproduce or redistribute them commercially.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hermeal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
